How do I return my product(s)?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

NOTE: If you purchased your product from a retailer and not directly from us, please return the product to the original retailer.

Our Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in resalable conditions.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (We recommend using a traceable method when sending the product back).
  • If you had free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
